The academe holds Government Recognition No. K-072, s. 2002 for Pre-School, Government Recognition No. E-029, s. 2003 for Grade School, Government Recognition No. 10, s. 2003 for Junior High School, and a Permit to Operate for Senior High School programs.

Fiat Lux Academe of General Trias, Inc. offers a Senior High School program tailored to prepare students for diverse paths in higher education, careers, and entrepreneurial ventures. With Academic Strands in Accountancy, Business, and Management (ABM), Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS), and Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), students are equipped with specialized knowledge and skills that align with their academic interests and future aspirations. The ABM strand fosters business acumen and financial literacy, HUMSS builds critical thinking and communication skills, and STEM offers rigorous training in scientific inquiry and technological proficiency.
In addition to the Academic Strands, Fiat Lux Academe provides Technical-Vocational (Tech-Voc) Strands in Home Economics (HE) and Information and Communications Technology (ICT). The HE strand develops hands-on skills in hospitality, culinary arts, and wellness, while ICT focuses on essential digital and technical competencies for the ever-evolving technology sector.
